RICHARD GIFT COPYRIGHT DISPUTE POLICY
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Richard Gift has adopted the following policy to address copyright infringement claims. We reserve the right to:

Remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith is copyrighted and has been used without proper authorization.

Terminate service for repeat offenders who violate copyright laws.

How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without permission, please send a Copyright Infringement Notice to our Designated Agent with the following details:

A detailed description of the infringing material, including the exact URL or location on our website.

A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice:

We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

We may notify the user who posted the material.

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Submitting a Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a Counter Notification including:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the removed or disabled content and where it was located before.

A statement of good faith that the removal was an error.

Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
-
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.
